Where Things Come Alive
Hello & Welcome to my website & personal blog!
I love to spend my days out in the garden with dirt covered hands digging, pruning and harvesting. I raise farm animals and in my world, there is no such thing as a day without a happy greeting from a feathered friend. A yard filled with wandering chickens, ducks and geese is my paradise.
When I am not fully emerged in nature, I am a freelance photographer. I find my camera is my favorite accessory. I am the owner of Angie The Freckled Rose Photography. The click of my camera is music to my ears. I love creating art in the form of landscape and nature photography. I find moments are fleeting and the best way to hold on is capturing them through my lens. Some would call me a memory collector. A simple glance at a picture of something beautiful can brighten up my day.
When I am not covered in pollen and smelling like marigolds, chances are I have a freshly brewed cup of coffee and possibly, a warm dog on my lap. You can find me on instagram with a feed full of my daily adventures, my two chihuahuas and oh yes, FLOWERS!

Now that it’s warming up, the fowl are enjoying some newly purchased water sources. We have to make sure everyone stays hydrated! The family of Canadian geese is expanding with lots […]
